Who says you can't teach an old command new tricks? STOW, DUMP, and EMPTY all got a new FEET option, along with updated HELP text. The first one is pretty straightforward:

>STOW FEET
You pick up the thing lying at your feet. You put your thing in your pack.

And now, when you've lost your hands casting magic and can't pick the thing up and can't run for help, you have an option. Note the WARNING, though! It really does put things at risk for loss. EMPTY will do the same thing, in case it's easier to remember EMPTY than DUMP.

>DUMP FEET
You consider kicking the contents at your feet onto the ground.
[WARNING! This will dump all items at your feet to the ground, which puts them at risk of loss. If you wish to continue, repeat this command in the next 10 seconds.]

>DUMP FEET
You kick a thing and another thing onto the ground in front of you.
