|p=With the influx of new folks and the crowding of rats, we made a tweak to {{PRel|Sleazy Lout|lout}} spawn. There are now two distinct zones for spawns -- the path from the east gate to the [[Moon Mage]] guild, and everything else. The spawn rate and number spawned were both increased.<br>

Let us know if you run into any problems!<br>

(Note: The room immediately outside the [[Moon Mage]] guild as well as the East Gate are NOT within the spawn zones. Everything in between is.)
