The JUSTICE command now outputs a more granular view of your Social Outrage in all provinces, somewhat similar to how PRAY works for Divine Outrage (but with less mystery about how to interpret the output).

There is no message for a province where your Social Outrage is below the suspicious threshold, so if you're squeaky clean you will see nothing new.

This is live in Prime and Platinum, and will go live in Fallen in a few days assuming nothing outrageous happens.
