| Just by way of a note -- the individual functions do have cooldowns, and there is also the charge to manage. They can't be recharged by playing music, the enchantment is different than the event shards. These passively regain charge.
The cooldown and charge stuff is PAFO (oh, that dreaded word!) for now, though I may post details in a bit when people have had time to mess with them some. | |
