Heyo!

We've made a few changes to the first aid system works. These changes have been live in Platinum for a few days now, and are now live in Prime for additional testing. Unless something needs mending, TF should see these changes in the next day or two.

What has changed?

  • The roundtime for a completely failed tend is no longer static, and will drop as your skill in first aid increases. There is still a moderate minimum roundtime.
  • The roundtime for partial tends is now capped at 25 seconds. Overall roundtimes for partial tends should be a bit lower.
  • The roundtime for unwrapping wounds is now capped at 30 seconds.
  • The Blood Staunching spell will now reduce the roundtime of tend attempts on the person protected by the staunching.
  • Hodierna's Lilt will also slightly reduce the roundtime of tend attempts, but not to the degree Blood Staunching does. The two do not stack, and Blood Staunching will always take precedence.

This is all part of an on-going effort to make the game more friendly to lower circle players. Let us know if you see any oddities with these changes.
