Just for the record, Race Changes and Guild Changes are not going to happen. The mechanic issues are a close second to the sheer amount of imbalance they would open up.

I realize we're spitballing and brainstorming, but we need to make it really clear this will never happen before we get too many people pontificating and debating the pros and cons. It's just not going to happen.

Please keep the discussion going about other things, though. These threads are invaluable.
