| In short, it is no longer possible to STEAL from players within repair shops.
A compelling reason for this change is to promote retention of new and returning players. Being able to steal the token amounts of coin people carry to repair their gear is not conducive to that. Additionally, most of the newest repair shops -- including all crafting tool repair shops -- were generally set to prevent stealing and hiding.
