1) You will now lose your targeting matrix if your opponent goes into stealth and you do not have the point effect.

2) You can no longer cast directly on hidden targets without the point effect. It's still possible to flood the room with an AOE and hit them that way.

This is live in Prime only for now. It'll go live in Platinum and Fallen in a few days. Please let me know if anything goes horribly, horribly wrong.
