UPDATE!!

I was visited by the Empath Advocate, Lyneya, a little while ago and she gave me permission to discuss our conversation.

I had spoken with her before when I had my shock. She told me she was going to let me ride out the duration since I willingly chose to kill someone instead of trying to appeal the decision made to not return my shock scar using drfeedback@simutronics.com. She later changed her mind and my shock was cleared. This was done ONLY because my scar being removed in the first place was an error. Being able to do this took several consultations with other GMs for her to be able to. She will not be clearing the active shock from those who have taken from me. I don't feel I deserve to heal until they can so I will be seeking those people out and taking my shock back from them.

It was also made quite clear that no matter what I do in the future my shock is not going to be cleared. I hope my mistake helps others in the future and more of us will be using drfeedback instead of jumping the gun on issues.

She also said:
Lyneya says, "And you say that I've confirmed that there are different levels of scar left behind."
and that my estimates on the duration of my shock were grossly conservative. It DOES last RL years.

I feel immense gratitude for Lyneya for changing her mind and those who have helped or offered to help me with my shock. I am in debt to you all. I hope I can find those of you that still carry my burden so I can take it back.

Here is a third person's view of me being touched while I have no active shock. Finally able to show this.
Silverre lays his hand on Yazegi's arm.
Silverre's eyes widen and he draws back slightly from Yazegi.
and first person's view
Silverre lays his hand on your arm.
You feel a warmth radiate from Silverre's touch.
You have a brief sensation that leaves your wounds tingling.
Silverre draws back slightly from you, a look of fear momentarily crossing his face.
