I hope that this letter finds you well. I am sending this note formally requesting that I might be able to keep your necklace for a little longer. As promised, I have researched it further. My travels took me to Riverhaven where I asked a very prominent trader for her insight.


She provided information on the platinum pendant which I think you may find very interesting. She believes it has been mixed with another type of metal, perhaps steel. And that the pendant may have once been part of some armor or shield. She also spotted the fact that it was cut in a way that there were other pieces.


It is important that you provide further information on this pendant in order for me to completely research it. I have sent for some research books to investigate the etchings further. Again, this is why I need the pendant a little longer.
