|p=For single target TM, in the {{PRel|Magic 3.0|Brave New World}} {{PRel|Moon Mage}}s flat out describe the average. In the literal sense that I started with Moon Mage combat spells as my median point to balance everything else off of (which may go some ways to explain why their combat spells feel uninspired).

Moon Mages will still suck a bit on area-effect magic, as that is Not Their Thing.<br />
Moon Mages will still have some edge in Debilitation magic, as that is Their Thing.

The range between suck and edge will shrink, though I'd be lying if I told you I knew off hand how it'll feel intuitively. Player testing will be important.
