Bubba is correct, Shield does not count in some of the Higher Armor requirements. Basically, we have two types of "Highest Armor" requirements: highest skill in the armor subset, and highest worn armor. Yes, I know shields can be worn, but we're referring to full body here. Minion requires 35 ranks in the highest worn armor (Cloth, Bone, Leather, LC, HC, LP, HP). -GM Obseden
