Found in the room NE from the entry of the Muspar'i Crafter's Square, which is found off the Street of Craftsmen in Northeast Muspar'i, between the Street of Potters and the Street of Cloth Weavers.


Reception Hall

[Muspar'i Outfitting Society, Reception Hall]
Varicolored striations within the surrounding sandstone walls are incorporated into the decor of the reception hall, creating a harmonious ambience to the area. Placed around the perimeter are rich goldenoak-framed sofas accented with pierced carvings, each cushioned with pillows of Musparan silk in dusky hues of azure, rose and amber. Flowering potted vines hang overhead, complementing the palms and cacti that dot each corner below. Muted conversations can be heard down the eastern corridor, while several artisans bustle through the area, their arms laden with their crafts.
You also see a sand-hued door leading out to the square.

Book Store

[Muspar'i Outfitting Society, Book Store]
Jeweled brass lanterns overhead highlight a mural of sand-hued dunes with a stylized oasis that decorates one wall of the small book store. At the far end of the room are several bamboo shelves flanked by broad potted palms where patrons browse before making their purchases at the nearby counter.
You also see a young female attendant and a large sign.

Office

[Muspar'i Outfitting Society, Office]
Hanging baskets of supple green ivy cascade from each corner of the small office, a few of their slender vines spidering their way across the varicolored sandstone walls. The occasional ray of moonlight streams in from a large window, highlighting the carved goldenoak desk and rattan, peacock chair tucked behind it. A wicker dress form stands nearby, draped with an opulent Musparan silk gown, accented with brilliant Heke'mhhg lazuli gems along the bodice.

Corridor

Slender brass planters mounted near the ceiling overflow with a variety of ivy plants, a few of their long tendrils clinging to the dusky-hued sandstone walls. Framed sketches dot the length of the corridor beneath ornately jeweled sconces, each displaying a uniquely designed image.

Supply Outlet

Long swaths of vibrant silk crisscross the small outlet overhead, each sweeping to a central point of the ceiling near a hanging lantern, then out to various points along the walls to drape gracefully to the woven mat that covers the floor. A series of rattan shelves and tables display a vast array of fabrics, leather and supplies as artisans bustle in and out of the area making their purchases.
You also see a S'Kra Mur attendant and a large sign.

Tool Store

A trio of tzgaa orbs hangs overhead, casting a soft glow over the area and a small counter along one wall. The store's perimeter is lined with colorful wicker bins, each piled high with various waxes, tools and notions essential to the local craftsmen. In a nearby corner, a large clay planter overflows with fragrant, flame-red dragon primroses, the redolent blossoms adding a pleasant touch to the otherwise utilitarian room.
You also see an Elven attendant and a large sign.

Corridor (repairs)

Jeweled sconces shaped like clusters of palm fronds create plenty of soft lighting, while the supple ivies continue to cascade from their slender planters mounted high on the sandstone walls as the corridor branches in either direction. Clay pots rest nearby, bursting with hearty and colorful purple sage shrubs that fill the area with a light herbal scent.
You also see a sturdy low counter with a small placard on it and Repairman Mhhrval.

  You can place your crafting tools on this counter, and
  Repairman Mhhrval will store it for you.  You can
  also ASK Repairman Mhhrval for the item that is in
  storage, and he will return it to you.  Finally, you can 
  ASK Repairman Mhhrval for a LIST of the items you
  have in storage, or for a REGISTER to allow you to store
  deeds easily.

  If you have multiple tools of the same name,
  Repairman Mhhrval will give you a sack with all of those
  tools.  If you ask for TOOLS, he will give you all of your
  tools that are currently in storage.  If you hold on to the
  sack you get from him, you can place that on the counter and
  Repairman Mhhrval will store everything inside for you.

Corridor (weaving halls)
