Syntax and Messaging
In a General Room
- OFFER: You must be in the room with a merchant to OFFER money to him or her. If you are trying to hand an object to someone, try using GIVE.
In an Altar Room
- OFFER <self>: You close your eyes and turn your palms upwards, breathing in the serenity of the moment and murmuring a small prayer to the gods.
- ?
- OFFER <person>: As much as you'd like to, <person> would not make for a suitable offering.
- <Person> gazes at you speculatively.
Offering an item on altar
This is the wrong command to use. To offer an item on an altar in exchange for a favor orb, you need to put the item on the altar and PRAY (multiple times)
