Syntax and Messaging

In a General Room

  • OFFER: You must be in the room with a merchant to OFFER money to him or her. If you are trying to hand an object to someone, try using GIVE.

In an Altar Room

  • OFFER <self>: You close your eyes and turn your palms upwards, breathing in the serenity of the moment and murmuring a small prayer to the gods.
?
  • OFFER <person>: As much as you'd like to, <person> would not make for a suitable offering.
<Person> gazes at you speculatively.
