Located just inside the Riverhaven North gate, this inn contains a Dining Hall, housing, a dance floor, the Paladin Representative Remen and access to the Noble Inn Stables.
Foyer

Bright shimmering light streams down from a huge chandelier hung from the polished maple beams in the ceiling. Cloth of gold drapes the tall arched windows facing the street. A broad staircase of pink marble leads to the second floor, flanked on one side by a tall columned archway leading to the dining room, and on the other by the ornately carved desk of the inn's registry.
You also see a door leading out to the stables.

Dining Hall

A long banquet table runs across the center of the room, flanked on each side by padded benches upholstered in delicate embroidered silk. Smaller round dining tables sit in private nooks in the walls, next to tall brass candelabra which shine with a low flickering light. A low murmur of conversation carries from parties of guests seated about the area. The walls are hung with tapestries matching the embroidered burgundy rug covering the floor.

Hallway
[Noble Inn, Hallway]
A red and gold patterned carpet runs along the center of the polished wood panel floor, past rows of doors leading to private rooms for the guests. Matching tapestries, depicting a parade of well dressed men and women being led up to a glittering golden throne, cover the walls between the doorways.
You also see a broad staircase leading down to the foyer.

Ballroom (double doors)

Lines of soft black carpeting along the walls give way to a smooth polished wooden dance floor in the center of the room. Atop a marble dais against the far wall stands what looks like a throne, veiled under a cloth of rich black velvet. Opposite the throne is a sunken area where musicians would play for the grand balls held here. Faded banners embroidered with coats of arms hang in a brightly colored parade from the high beamed ceiling overhead.

Hallway (guest rooms)

Rows of doors line the hallway flanked by decorative spiral-carved wooden pillars. Between the doors, shallow nooks in the walls display a collection of porcelain vases and statuary. A red and gold patterned carpet runs along the length of the hall, soft and yielding underfoot.
You also see a white baize door and a blue baize door.

Shallow nooks in the walls display a collection of porcelain vases and statuary. At the end of the hall, a black ironwood door stands open, flanked by marble-topped plant stands. A sign on the door identifies this as the headquarters for the local representative of the Paladin's Guild.

Paladin Representative's Quarters

Blue-grey silk draperies hang from a central point in the room's high ceiling, fanning out to fall in soft folds that conceal the walls. A glass lantern hanging from the ceiling casts a warm glow over a sand table in the center of the room, and a folding screen curtains off one corner. The windows are opened wide to let the night air carry with it the scent of the forest beyond the town walls.
You also see an embossed scroll, the Paladin Representative Remen, a comfortable leather chair, a black ironwood door and a polished maple desk with a couple of things on it.
