no it was not throne city, it was an imperial city deep in what is now the Reach. it was also Sura's home. It got destroyed when the moonmage council attacked Sura and Sura tried casting an earth-based spell accidently destroyed it. its the reason there is an imperial trade route that goes from behind Keep ughstengard, through the reach, and into haven.
