Mer'Kresh

Once called the "Isle of the Damned" by the S'kra Murs that inhabited it, Mer'Kresh is one of the wonders of Elanthia. A floating city build on platforms anchored to the bay of Belarritaco. It also serves as the capital city of Rissan territory.
