Mathazar has cropped salt and pepper hair and a short goatee. Steel grey eyes peer savagely under his bushy eyebrows. Old battle scars mar his neck and left arm. He has a massive physique by human standards with deeply tanned skin from a long life of work under the sun.
He is a mountain of a man.
He is wearing a helm of crimson steel and black iron fashioned into the visage of a bellowing horned beast, some bloodstained leather gauntlets, some bloodstained storm-bull leathers, some sturdy boots, a flat leather belt pouch with braided leather tie straps, some faded pants, an oilcloth rucksack and a gargoyle-hide shield.
