The LOB verb is a combat maneuver that allows you to lob items and is primarily used in combat.
LOB is a lightly damaging, fast attack for thrown weapons that has 0% chance to lodge with all types of weapons.
- HURL is most accurate combat maneuver for thrown weapons followed by THROW and LOB. Hurl has a capped buff worth of accuracy on lob.

LOB - will default to the creature currently being faced LOB <ITEM> AT <TARGET>
