I have 2 characters that each have a version of this cloak, the appraisal is the same down to the exact coin, one seems to have unlimited charges while the other has run out of charges. Anybody know of a way to recharge these things? Is it possible with infuser stones? RAISER (talk) 21:46, 2 September 2016 (CDT)

If you analyze the cloak, you should be able to see if it can use stones on it (including how many charges are left). TEVESHSZAT (talk) 00:25, 3 September 2016 (CDT)
