"This parchment entitles its bearer to 25 items additional storage
spaces for 30 days.  The Rundmolen Brothers will honor any
such parchment so long as it doesn't violate their maximum storage
policies for a particular individual:

    Estate Holders may not exceed 750 items.
    Others may not exceed 250 items.

The parchment can be gifted, traded or sold as its owner wishes.

In the event that one should lose their Estate Holder status,
or your additional rented spaces should expire, the lower item
allotment will be enforced and you will be solely responsible
for the items left behind.  The Rundmolen Brothers accept NO
responsibility for lost or misplaced items.  Please manage
your rentals responsibly.

To redeem this parchment, simply GIVE it to one of our helpful
Dwarven attendants.  They have been instructed to handle the
necessary paperwork for an adventurer.  This does not cover
your family or friends.  To check the status of your expanded
rental space, please check your TIME at the local carousel desk.
