Unable to find a name for the device, the Archmagus dubbed it Fleintoore's Folio. |

Working with the renowned enchanter Xathvier, Fleintoore sought to recreate the fabled device. After many failed experiments (and ruined enchanting chambers!), Xathvier suggested splitting the effects of the enchantment -- one to revitalize and maintain a device's power, and a separate one to expand the device's capacity. |
