Focus

The blue ring has a definite magical pattern, which apparently absorbs and condenses.
You recognize the pattern as a manifestation of Spirit Manipulation magic.
There is a distinct pattern of magic which might allow manipulation by rubbing.
If rubbed, it has the ability to partially absorb surrounding spirits, which it is fully charged.

Creates spirit shields (needs confirmation but reads same as onyx ring).
