Look: Six petal-shaped pieces of paper covered in bright reflective yellow foil join together to create the top of the pinwheel. Scintillating flame-hued glitter is splashed across both sides of the foiled paper, creating fiery whorls, swirls and starbursts. A long wooden rod serves as the handle, an iridescent green ribbon twined down its unfinished length. Tiny dragon-shaped charms, each hung with a glittering bell, dangle from the end of every petal-shaped sail.
