A Moon Mage organization devoted to maintaining communication links between the various guildhalls, libraries, and councils of the Moon Mage guild. Members of the guild receive extensive training in speed, stealth, and combat avoidance.
Sanyrsen Astoshe Zsikiel founded the organization, as described in Profiles in Magic, Volume Six.
The spell Shadewatch Mirror is reputedly restricted to members of the Goldcaps, Y'Shai, and the Moon Mage Council.
