Enchanting Society (Shard)
The Shard Forging Society is a place to practice the enchanting disciplines of Artificing, Binding, and Invoking.
An Enchanting Trainer is on hand thru the arch off the front room to issue workorders, teach techniques, and grant a career or hobby if you choose. The upper 2 floors of the tower contain doors (6 total) that lead to workspaces with stationary enchanter's brazier's.
This building can be found 1 room north from the Shard inner west gate.

Uneven and sporadically spaced floorboards give a glimpse of the lower level as it wraps around the tower to form a charmingly quirky balcony. Dozens of gaethzen fireflies are placed just out of reach, illuminating the space while adding to the whimsical oddness of the tower. Attendants bustle around the shop as they pull down tools, restock, and wait upon customers. You also see a large sign.

Numerous planters line the walls of the translucent-floored tier, many of them blossoming with flowers. Daisies and daffodils lend a splash of yellow, while dozens of tulips dazzle in shades of deep red and pink. Clerks mill about behind a curvy counter, tidying up and restocking supplies. You also see a large sign and a steel crate.
