[Workshop Foyer]
A gilded mirror hangs above a vase of roses sitting on a polished cherry side table. The gilt frame lends sparkle to the ivory silk which papers the walls. Several open doors line the room, each leading to a different town in the lands.
You also see a Surlaenis door, a Hibarnhvidar door, a Riverhaven door, a Mer'Kresh door, a Muspar'i door, a Langenfirth door, a Rossman's door, an Ain Ghazal door, a Shard door, a Leth Deriel door, a Therenborough door, a Ratha door and a Crossing door.
Obvious exits: none.

This area is a travel nexus for the mottled translocation orb. Once the orb is used, it brings you to this space. From here, you can enter any one of the doors to travel to that location. The details where you will be placed can be found by doing a LOOK <ADJECTIVE> DOOR. So for example, LOOK SHARD DOOR will show you where in Shard you will arrive.

Picked from the vase here is a delicate pink rosebud.

Locations

  • Ain Ghazal door: Peering through the door, you see the foyer of the Ain Ghazal Chateau, with its beautiful sweeping dual stairways and opulent architecture.
  • Crossing door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the banyan tree on the Strand in the Crossing.
  • Hibarnhvidar door: Peering through the door, you see a view of the main cavern of Inner Hibarnhvidar, with a marble sculpture of Taratochs dominating the center of the hall.
  • Langenfirth door: Looking through the Langenfirth door, you see Waldroth's Landing.
  • Leth Deriel door: Looking through the Leth Deriel door, you see a view of the Sana'ati Dyaus.
  • Mer'Kresh door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the carillon in Mer'Kresh.
  • Muspar'i door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the Great Gate of Muspar'i towering over the Great Gate Square.
  • Ratha door: <BUG submitted January 2019 for a missing LOOK>
  • Riverhaven door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the Riverhaven Town Square.
  • Rossman's door: Looking through the Rossman's Landing door, you see the church on Waterway Road.
  • Shard door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the bridge leading to the East Gate of the town of Shard.
  • Surlaenis door: Looking through the Surlaenis door, you see a view of the Faenella Prayer Gate.
  • Therenborough door: Looking through the door, you see a view of the north road, near the Therenborough gate.

Notes

  • The Shard door places you in the room just outside the east gate by the Meeting portal. Many of the other brief locations above reference landmarks close to the portals in other towns and it is possible that the portal locations are the specific locations you will end up thru each door.
