Driftwood Tavern
Creatures
The Driftwood Tavern is frequented by bawdy swain. These are different from the bawdy swain of Ratha, with a skill range of 175 to 300. They will spawn in the main room of the tavern and the rooms upstairs. They swarm. The Booth area downstairs (Tavern area) is a safe zone and will not spawn the creatures.

The floor of the tavern is covered with sawdust. Fish-oil lamps, burning dimly throughout the building, give off a rank scent that is only a smidge better than the lingering smells of puke and spilt ale. The bar, with plenty of stools lined up beside it, takes up a majority of one wall. A large booth, opposite the bar, provides a small bit of privacy for those in need of some. You also see a narrow staircase.

High-backed benches and thick tapestries hanging from the ceiling dampen the clamor from the common room. A dark-stained menu is tacked roughly to the wall. You also see a table.

Below the Eaves

Here at the top of the stairs, the tavern's sloping roof meets the outside wall at an abrupt angle, creating a rather tricky hazard for the tavern's taller or more inebriated guests to navigate. Several doors can be seen at the western end of the hallway, faintly illuminated by a sputtering brass ship's lantern. A small storage area lurks under the roof just north of the landing.

Storage

Cramped by the low-hanging roof, there is little room to turn around, much less stand upright under the roofbeams. A dusty barrel and trunk are shoved haphazardly into corners, allowing some movement. Dust motes hang in the air, slowly drifting to rest on the grimy floor. You also see a dusty barrel and a dusty trunk.
