In essence, it is a Sophister meditation technique that has been blended with strands of philosophy from Fortune's Path and grounded in the planar theory first outlined by the Celestial Compact. Unlike other spells that enhance a mage's prophetic talents, Destiny Cipher seeks to clarify the meaning of a prophecy. Many find it useful when working with unfamiliar divination tools or techniques, allowing for a rapid increase in familiarity. | |
