The following is a catalogue of all commands with their basic syntax and messaging.

  • Accept command
    Complete various transactions between characters.


  • Accuse command
    Used to file a complaint with guards after catching someone stealing.


  • Acknowledge command
    The ACKNOWLEDGE verb responds to a WARNing from another player that further interaction may lead to Character versus Character (CvC) combat.


  • Action command
    Perform freeform acts.


  • Adjust command
    Allows you to either switch the worn location of an item, condense the size of a bundle, or give an emotive message.


  • Adopt Command
    Unknown


  • Advance command
    Close combat distance between a character and a target.


  • Aft command
    When on a boat, will move a character one "room" toward the rear of the boat.


  • Agility command
    Provides information about your Agility attribute.


  • Agree command
    Used to confirm a variety of conditions.


  • Aim command
    Improve your next shot at something with a ranged weapon, such as a bow, by aiming. Does not function with thrown weapons.


  • Alae command
    Platinum restricted command, for world building.


  • Align command
    Several different uses for Rangers, Moon Mages, Clerics, and Warrior Mages.


  • Ambush command
    Used to initiate an attack from hiding.


  • Analyze command
    Gather information about crafted items, use in combat to cause a temporary penalty to a type of defense, or used by Barbarians to begin a self combo.


  • Answer command
    Respond to questions, invitations, or surveys.


  • Applaud command
    The applaud command is used to show appreciation of something, or lack of appreciation by tossing food.


  • Apply command
    Use healing herbs to heal yourself or another person.


  • Appraise command
    Allows you to get information about various things/people you come across.


  • Approach command

  • Arrange command
    1) Moves the body of the critter around to make skinning it more difficult than normal, but increases the chances of a perfect skin. 2) Allows selection of specific parts of an animal. 3) Allows you to change your own or someone else's hairstyle.


  • Ask command
    Allows you to pose a question to a character, a creature, or a friendly NPC. Used for the most part to gain information to be used to figure out puzzles and quests, but can also be used in place of normal speech when you want to fool around.

  • Atmosphere command
    Usage:
     atmosphere {lefthand/righthand}
       This verb allows you to turn on or off special atmospheric messaging for an item
         which was created with the item atmosphere messaging system (AMS).  Simply hold the item
         in your left or right hand (and indicate which hand to check when using the verb.)
         This will toggle the item between active and inactive.
       Please note, activating the item does not mean it will immediately perform its function.
    

    Additional Options:

     atmosphere list -- List all items (including in containers) that use the AMS.
     atmosphere on   -- Mass toggle all worn+held AMS items on.
     atmosphere off  -- Mass toggle all worn+held AMS items off.

  • Kick command
    Role-playing command to kick a target, to look like you want to kick yourself, or to throw a temper tantrum.


  • Kill command

  • Kiss command
    Role-playing command with a great deal of emotive variation for kissing another player, creature or item. Special messaging between members of a bonded couple. Custom messaging for many verbed items.


  • Knee command

  • Kneel command
    Used to change your character's relative position to the ground. Certain areas must be navigated in the kneeling position by tall characters. Some objects like chairs, benches, and couches can be knelt upon.


  • Knit command

  • Knock command
    Knock on select items in the environment, including the door of player homes.
