Description:	The Burn spell concentrates an intense beam of light or shadows on its target, scorching it or setting it on fire. Even the power of Katamba can be focused into burning the target severely, but only when it is the only available source of luminescence.

Example Messaging:	Regular: You gesture at a sleazy lout. A brilliant beam descends from the sky and shrinks into a tiny point centered on a sleazy lout.
