Description:	With a few modifications, the same force that Ease Burden uses to help its subjects endure weight can be used to weigh him down. When successful, Burden weaves chains of kinetic force around the subject's limbs. While the spell is not powerful enough to actually immobilize all but the weakest or most invalid, the extra burden the spell places on the subject effectively reduces his strength.
