Description:	Fae are unusual creatures, some of which bear natural attunements to the mana around them and the ability to coax it to their will. It is through the use of this enchante that you tap into the peripheral auras of the wily sprites that usually skulk near Bards, increasing the capacity and restorative qualities of your own ability to harness mana, and allowing you to share these benefits with others who are in range of your song.

Example Messaging:	Prepare: You hear the first gentle notes of Blessing of the Fae wafting delicately in your mind, as you trace your finger along mana streams around you in introduction. Cast: You give sudden voice to the melody dancing in your thoughts, as you release an accompaniment of elemental aether into the piece. The gently melodic tone of the introduction quickly gives way to a luscious lyrical form. Pulse: The clear, ringing tones of the solo define a soothing melody that sails easily into the high reaches of your range. Like the careworn notes of an old folk song, so do the simple harmonies of your enchante soar through the air with confident clarity. The melody tugs at your ears, at once both memorable and evasive as it defines a stately, careful cadence. Effect gained: You feel a pleasant buzz as your nervous system resonates with the music in the air. End: The final, quiet notes of Blessing of the Fae stir the air gently, and die away. The power thrumming through your nerves gradually fades.

Notes

• Group buff that increases maximum attunement pool size and increases the base attunement regeneration pulse size.
• At spell cap, the regeneration pulse size appears to be approximately 33% larger.
• The regeneration effect of this spell is larger on yourself than other players and is enough to outpace the cyclic costs, however, you will usually have better personal mana regeneration by not using a cyclic at all or using it with minimum mana.

• This means that if your goal is to increase your own mana regeneration then it is often best to use less mana. Usually, this will be minimum mana unless you are skilled enough to be able to minimize the pulse cost of a higher mana cast. For example, using minimum mana is still best even with ~500 ranks in magics, whereas with ~1250 ranks in magics a capped cast will be better than if not using the spell.
• Conversely, if your goal is to increase other player's mana regeneration then it is always best to use more mana.

• Can be CAST AREA if the Area Casting feat is known. This will affect all players in the room instead of just your group.
• Associated with Aether, but is not affected by the Elemental Efficacy system.
