Danger Gnome Aetheline va'Kenaz

She has an oval face, a lurid green sundew clinging by glistening incarnadine tentacles to one of her ears, glittery amethyst eyes, a freckled nose and dimples. Her rainbow ombre hair is long and thick and has been shaved at the sides, and is worn in a simple, pulled-back style held in place by a miniature pair of palladium knives inset with pink sapphires.
She has smooth skin and a sylphlike figure.
She is pint-sized for a Gnome.
Her forearm has a tattoo of a cute cotton candy pink heart with the word "NOPE" stamped at its center, the letters written in bold black ink and underlined three times.
She is wearing a fleece-lined leather cap topped with a pair of thick-framed tinted goggles, a hooded fur-lined sheepskin jacket affixed with razaksel-framed clockwork wings, a rope belt woven from rainbow-colored nemoih strands, a rainbow-colored skirt and some black knee-high combat boots with spun glitter laces.

Early Life

As a volatile young Gnome growing up in a peaceful village outside of Arthe Dale, Aetheline's boundless energy and penchant for sharp objects often left her parents at odds with the rest of the quiet community. The tense struggle between the wild child and the rest of the residents finally came to a head shortly after Aetheline's coming of age, and her parents could see no other solution than to send Aetheline away to the large city of Crossing, hoping that the Empath guild where they enrolled their wayward child could finally instill the discipline they felt their daughter so dearly needed.

Unfortunately, Aetheline never made it to the Empath's guild; instead, after glimpsing an adventurer conjure a flame with a simple flick of their wrist, Aetheline made a hard left and her detour led her straight into Gauthus' path. Though she did learn discipline in her studies as a warrior mage, her chaotic nature could never be fully tamed - in fact, her zest for combat, her uncanny bloodlust, her obsession with knives, her tendency to engage in casual arson... all of these qualities continue to be the drive that propels her forward in her pursuit of knowledge within her guild.

Organizations and Fellowships

- Aetheline is an apprentice of Siendra Vauns'Arotru, despite how often she causes her mentor to regret this decision. Though Aetheline was, at first, drawn to the Water and Aether elements, inspired as she was by Siendra's speciality and effortless control of the Water element, Aetheline quickly became enamored by the destruction and chaos that the Fire element represents. As of this writing, Aetheline's studies center on the elements of Fire, Aether, and Water (Ice).
- Aetheline is a current member, and council member of the Tavern Troupe.
- Aetheline is a member of the Short Stack, an exclusive group of gnomes and halflings employed in the Tavern Troupe. Other members include: Shaoimhe, Yilva, Almarius, and Messica.

Familiars

Ivek
Ivek is an extraplanar spirit in the form of a pristine white arctic bear with hoarfrost hues that is Aetheline's loyal (if begrudging) partner-in-crime, best friend, rarely-listened-to conscience, and staunch protector. With the help of her mentor, Siendra, Aetheline was able to assist Ivek in achieving the form he most desired:

Massive in size, with an imposing presence and sharp glacial-blue eyes, the ursa is covered in a glittering rainbow of ice crystals that tinkle musically when he shakes himself. The thick fur is frosted with various hues that range from the gloaming blue of the night's sky to the almost white of freshly fallen snow.
