Cloaks using this template have the following study:

WEAR First Person: You wear your leather mask, hiding your features from view.
No messaging for second person.
Third Person: <Player> wears <his/her> leather mask, hiding <his/her> face from view.
REMOVE First Person: You remove your leather mask, revealing your features once again.

Third Person: <Player> removes <his/her> leather mask, revealing <his/her> face.
LAUGH First Person: You laugh softly, the sound muffled by your leather mask.
