Ulipher

Ulipher is clad in the long leather vest and tanned breeches common to many of the residents of Leth Deriel, though his rolled up cotton sleeves and crisp white apron mark him as the tapster of this particular tavern. Bright blue eyes and an easy grin give his demeanor a youthfulness that is belied by a shock of long, silvery-white hair held back by elegantly pointed ears.
