You see Inquisitor Vorasus, a Gor'Tog. 
A pale scar lances across the dark green flesh of his face, starting at the center of his forehead and passing directly over one amber eye on its way to his jawbone. 
He is venerable for a Gor'Tog. 
He is in good shape. 
He is wearing a long black hooded cloak of fine Albarian wool, a polished leather harness with a blackened steel hammer secured to it, a dark canvas satchel with an ivory spearhead clasp, a dark brocade tunic embroidered with the crest of the Cleric Guild in gold thread, a crested chain hauberk, some mail gloves, some leather pants tied with a slender gold cord and a pair of supple leather boots set with burnished steel plates.
