			The journeyman leads you to a white-walled practice room lined with soft mats where, for several long hours, you spend your time copying his movements as he demonstrates a variety of ways to stretch your body and limber up each of your joints. When you are finally able to repeat the repertoire of movements to his satisfaction, you're sweating and each of your limbs feel like overcooked noodles. You finish feeling confident in your ability to perform any task ahead of you.

			You are led back to the main room.

			The Silfarshal's held a cache of rare gems from the Dwarven Holds. The chief gem was a zenith spinel drawn from a deep mine in the [[Gemfire Mountains]]. It was set into a brooch with Kertigen's Raven opposite the "K" of the Kveldcharns. A skinning knife was set with the Vela'tohr Tourmaline from the family's ancient homeland of [[Kwarlog]] in the [[Arncharn Shel]]. Third was a phantom sapphire, drawn from the [[Himineldar Shel]] where [[Hibarnhvidar]] lies. It was set into a cunning device which allowed it to be changed into various forms of jewelry. Fourth was a circlet, worn by the Lord of the Silfarshal, set with a mystic topaz, drawn from the far reaches of the old Kingdom of [[Rendstaan]], from the Monks who reside in the [[Lesser Fist]].

			:Nomadic symbols of dancing creatures from myth and legend are etched into the polished blade. The bone handle curves slightly, ending with a perfectly faceted blossom-shaped stone which generates a marvelous inner fire in verdant green hues.

			:Reminiscent of the harsh, wintry hues of Himineldar Shel, the silvery white warp threads of the elegant garment glitter icily against the cold grey metallic threads used in the weft of the loom. A raven sculpted from pristine silver and a "K" cast from gleaming gold flank the central jewel used for the brooch. Under indoor lighting, the zenith spinel exhibits a fiery scarlet hue.

In one hand he holds a pale runestone as he uses a broken arrow to dig a gem from the wall of the cave. You notice a small leather pack at his feet as something within it begins to stir. The shaman nudges the pack gently with his foot and says "Quiet my friend. Soon you shall feast, and all will tremble at the precision of our terrible magic. As your vision returns to normal you hear the shaman chortling softly.
