The '''Therengian sheepdog''' is a large dog, about seven or eight hands high at the shoulders, though it's hard to be sure just how large due to the heavy, rope-like white fur that covers his body, hanging almost to the ground if not clipped. Bred to guard sheep against attacks from [[warcat]]s or [[peccary|peccaries]], the sheepdog's dense coat allows him to blend in with the flock and protects him against the elements. He has a large head with a dark muzzle, almond-shaped brown eyes and long, v-shaped ears that hang almost to the shoulder, though the ropey hair makes them appear even longer.
