			==Observation==
			I believe swimming might now be on a fixed system by current and depth. Still shallow water appears to be all capping at 80-81. The bottom caps are most likely all ether 0 or something like 5 and the reason we are seeing different numbers is the characters that manage to have so few ranks have other things like burden preventing them from swimming. In this case we could clear up much of the swimming chart. It may be time to check the low level swimming with a naked commoner. Because the What To Swim/Climb/Escape lists for climbing, swimming, and escaping were so similar in data I consolidated the former templates (for climbing and swimming, respectively) into one generic template. The only difference is that Climbing has that middle Weapon column, so for Swimming and Escaping I decided to hide it instead of listing a bunch of N/As or Unknowns. 	I added a blank column to every list after the bottom cap. This fixes the layout problem that was keeping the top cap from displaying the proper information. My guess is that there is a better fix though, and when thats found my changes will cause things to break again.
