	Ice Patch may be considered an Intermediate spell for non-Warrior Mages, or my understanding of "battle spells" may be flawed. My non-Forsaken Necromancer (all non-realm spells are considered least difficult) has been receiving Tier 1 backlash wounds from casting Ice Patch.
