	Black leeches do not require 300 ranks of FA to tend away. I was doing it with less than 150 with 100+ perception and around 25 stamina. 	When I placed the req for the black leeches, I was going by what I had when I was able to tend them off reliably. While some may get them sooner, thats what it took for me.
