	::::::Since it was announced alongside other safari-unique materials, including woods that can be found in wood types that don't always include them, and since we didn't get any additional information up until this point, I think it's as clear/honest as we can make it in its current state. Until a GM says that alluvial formations will always include it as an option, on or off Safari, we shouldn't give the impression that it can be found off safari.
