			The idea is to push the boundary of the ancient backfire tales. We know it existed, we know the Void Spell(tm) was used to nullify it. What if someone experimented with a combination of Blackfire and Void to create a very potent, unstable mix that doesn't burn everything forever? This lead to the idea of the fissure as a blending of the two that kind of rips reality/plane of abiding but has the benefit of what blackfire can potentially do.

			The fissure itself isn't a gateway to an elemental plane, but rather a tear in the PoA that is being filled in and patched with the elements in a broad mix of just awful magic that could really make some Divine Entities pretty sore at the caster (and maybe attract unwanted attention?)

			Voranos is of the opinion that DO is a bad idea, I'm certainly open to any interpretation and/or consequences. Likes Fissure stuff, likes multi-strike cap potential with more happening with Blast.

			"So personally, old blackfire was BAD, but it wasn't "DO" bad. Never did the Gods interfere or was it "dangerous" enough to get the Heralds to interfere like the S'kra Wind Clan did in the past. I'd rather not incur DO personally as a cost to using blackfire, rather I'd prefer to take physical damage and SO is absolutely on the table when in a justice area."
