			At 209 in weapon the creatures would have it stick on dabbling. So the end cap might be accurate. As for the bottom cap not sure, would need someone of lower level to test out against one. The Defenses of 220 would not move at all.

	I think the caps might be higher on Tresses. They teach TM beyond what bloodvines seem to, and aside from bloodvine swaming, I believe these are otherwise more difficult.
