			I changed the SPELL research "base" time from 10 to 15. In my tests with a capped GAF (which reduces the time by 20%) I had to research for 12 minutes (300, 300, 120 seconds). Doing the math 12 ÷ 0.8 = 15. Thus the "maximum" base time should be 15, not 10.

	The base, minimum Arcana to begin research is incorrect - I began researching the first 5 basic projects with a 50 in Arcana as a magic secondary guild. I was also able to begin a basic research project on a magic tertiary (Paladin) at 47 ranks in Arcana. 			I don't think the arcana minimuma are correct; or they must vary by guild. I ahve only 125 arcana but I can research:

			Fundamental Research [FUNDAMENTAL]
			Augmentation Patterns Research [AUGMENTATION]
			Mana Stream Theory [STREAM]
			Utility Patterns Research [UTILITY]
			Warding Patterns Research [WARDING]
