	I don't believe the secondary pool information for first aid experience is correct. When the changes to first aid were made oh so long ago (before a secondary pool concept even existed) it changed getting all your experience the moment you tended to breaking it up across the entire duration of the tend. I believe its doled out slowly at first and comes in bigger and bigger chunks of the overall exp as the tend reaches its full duration.
