			::This is exactly the issue. I am dropping from +5 to 0 without doing anything, and I should only drop to +1 per the text. Another individual is trying to test the +2 base requirements with stats well-past the stated ones, but has a +1 base. The text itself describes this process as "the base level for this neutral state is 'average confidence.'
