			* A basic item with no special functions and no special rules (Tier 1) will be 2500 chronocoins.
			* Items that have special rules or restrictions (T2 -- like magic items, guild-restricted items) will be 3000 chronocoins.

			* Items that require editing special fields or using tokens (T3 -- like feature jewelry, shimmer items, floaters if the messaging needs changing) or editing the EZAtmo system (like regen items or whisper charms) will be 4000 chronocoins.
			* Items that require adding new fields or creating a new item (T4 -- adding EZAtmo, features, spell customizations) will be 5000 chronocoins.
